What is the CAC?
A WHOLE OTHER ZONE, BUILT BY THE COMMUNITY.
CAC stands for Clubs, Associations & Communities — and at MOC27 they take over an entire zone of the festival. More than 50 clubs and communities gather in the CAC Village, bringing some of the best rides in the UAE with them: tuned 4x4s, overlanding rigs, off-road machines and builds you have to see in person. Whatever your passion — the outdoors, hiking, camping, pets, activities or life on the road — this is where the crews who live it come together, and you're invited in.

FREE PARTICIPATION FOR NON-PROFIT CLUBS.
Non-profit clubs, associations and communities are invited to take part in MOC27 at no cost — because the community is the heart of the festival.
A free stand
Your own space in the CAC Village — 5m x 5m up to 5m x 10m subject to availability — with basic power, general area lighting and 5 free staff tickets per day for your stand team (more on request, subject to approval).
Member discounts
Up to 30% off festival entry for your members across the four days.
Space for vehicles & kit
Dedicated display space for your rigs, bikes, boats, boards or expedition equipment.
Non-profit organisations only
Free CAC Village space is reserved strictly for non-profit clubs, associations and community groups. Businesses, retailers, dealerships, agencies and any selling or marketing of products or services not directly related to the club's own activity are not permitted in the CAC Village. Commercial participants are very welcome — please apply for a retail, brand or activation stand instead.

MOC27 is a gathering first and an expo second. Park up together, run your own meet-ups, swap routes and recovery stories around the fire, and let the wider outdoor world discover what your club is about.
